Tonight we went to Maria Bonita, a new to us Mexican restaurant in Orem. We are still mourning the loss of Las Tarascas. This was good, but not a replacement unfortunately. This is my dads meal. I don't know what it was but is was huge and way cool looking. We all got to try little bit cactus from his dinner. Yum!
